GEN 2 What is this sound??

My Raptor is in the shop AGAIN....making this strange noise. I put the phone in my engine bay and drove around to capture it. It was really loud at 45mph yesterday for a moment....this capture I attached is low speed.

Sounds like it could be the IWE. Does it do it only in 2WD? Put it 4H and see if it stops.

Integrated Wheel End.

Vacuum line goes in there to engage front wheels via solenoid.

I had major issues with my 2018 raptor with what was called engine exhaust Enhancement. Long story short ended up having the dealer disable it and all my noise went away. The dealer didn’t even know what I was talking about and had to show them.
