Thing is hideous. I am very excited about the prospect of an electric truck as a future vehicle and have been looking forward to this reveal. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed in what Tesla showed last night, I'd never consider purchasing that.

The Aztec was quirky, this thing isn't quirky to me, it's arrogant. It's like it was designed by people who have idea why people buy trucks, to be bought by people who have never owned a truck before. I get that it's got the specs and will get the job done, I just don't see people trading in their F-150s for this. This is not going to be for people who want/need a truck and want to be more climate sensitive. This is going to be bought by a-holes who want to ldraw attention to themselves. A coworker of mine said he pictures rappers buying these up, particularly since they are 'bullet proof'

I think the Rivian has a little bit of the arrogance to it too, but not anywhere to this extreme. It's trying to give off a more fun and functional image than a "check me out" image. I think the Tesla vehicles did themselves a favor by not trying to stand out too much from every other vehicle on the road. That was working. It seems stupid to make a truck that doesn't look like a truck.

That said though, I do want to know more about the ATV.

Looks aside which are something of a geometric shape, which is to resemble facets of a stealth bomber.

Will that air ride system work for an all around do it all, one size fits truck? Musk touted it will lower and decrease drag and enhance handling on the highway. Then you can raise it up for off road style driving in the desert. Air suspension normally gets a bit stiff when pressured up, unless they have a newly designed system under the truck. Reliability of it going off road is questionable to. Time will tell.

The ramp that slides out of the tailgate is completely awesome.

Everything else is horrible. They even used the word cyber in the name.

Tesla has been hitting homeruns to date with everything styling-wise until this. Yeesh.
