Went to Moab last week in my raptor with my friend who has a 2nd gen taco double cab short box with lift and 33’s.

I have eibach springs and icon rear leafs on 35’s.

Did many trails like top of the world, sevenmile rim, etc.

The taco had better break over and departure angles. The raptor diff and rear shock mounts hang way low. Stuff I had to be super careful on he just went right over no problem. The raptor is a beast on highspeed offroad trails though!

The Raptor will be next league from the Taco. You'll there is 100 benefits to every drawback and I'll bet after off roading a few times you will agree. Consider the Taco a trainer truck and the Raptor a truck for professionals. The truck will be more capable that you are probably.
