Allout Offroad Performance in Richmond, Texas installed this rack and lighting system for me. I purchased the rack direct from KC Hilites. Service and communication with both parties was excellent.
I had them wire the upfitter switches as follows: 1 - Front, 2 - Left, 3 - Right. The front light bar puts out 18,400 lumens and will illuminate 1.6 km. Each of the four side lights is a C-Series 10 inch light bar that puts out 5,400 lumens each. The rack is mounted by 12 crush nuts. Allout guarantees their installs for the life of the truck. I don't have plans to add anything to the weight of the rack, maybe some strobes and markers for work. So far so good. I will gladly answer any questions, and update when necessary.

Truck looks killer! You could also add the 28" Chase Bar on the back and set it up for strobe use as well. KC makes a bracket for it.

Looks nice. What’s that cost???

As seen here, you're looking at $3198 with rack and all lights. But we can work on that price for you and get you free shipping. Please let me know if you have any questions!

What’s the wind noise like what that setup? I’ve been considering just doing the gravity pro bar, but have always wondered how irritated I’m going to be by the wind noise.

The wind noise is noticeable, but I don't have to turn my radio up any higher, and folks I'm on the phone with on Bluetooth don't notice it. I have gotten use to it after the install, and my wife barely notices it. I use this for work, and not decoration, so I didn't really go into the deal with concerns about wind noise. I have put 60,000 miles on the truck in 12 months, so it gets lots of road time.

Man I really wanted one of these, just found out today the two that got installed here locally both of them were having problems because of the aluminum body. The aluminum appears to just be too soft for the brass or whatever material it is spreaders that they put into the body after they drill the holes. Cost them $17,000 for the one truck that they did this to.

Sounds like an improper installation. Mine was installed by Allout Offroad in Richmond, Tx. They offer lifetime installation warranty. I made sure and researched my installer prior to choosing. This isn't something I went into without a few questions. I am sure there are other folks out there with horror stories, but that happens with everything. I have had no problems so far, and mine is off road almost daily. Not a mall crawler.
