So I’m a pretty easy going guy.

but ya wanna know what sticks in my craw? And I don’t even know WTF a craw is.

not one but many somewhat normal, trustworthy owners who complain about rust and ADD doesn’t do anything about it or even so much as address the issue here or in manufacturing. Yeah, that ****** me off. And I don’t own one for the sole reason of the R word. Rust.
They mention oh this is partly aluminum. So what? What about the parts that aren’t?

Yeah I like the looks of that new bumper, it fit what I was going for except the mounts on top for lights, but I missed the other thread about all the rust issues. I’ve done the Linex/Rhino spray on liner with bumpers before I’d rather have a quality powder coat

I’m at SEMA but haven’t seen that truck among the seemingly thousands of others.
Just saw a SVC purpose built rally truck outside the Aria hotel. Told them I couldn’t find their booth. Well they don’t have one.

Are you guys doing anything on the powder coating for these to avoid the rusting issues others on this forum are having with your bumpers?

Here's a link: https://www.fordraptorforum.com/threads/add-stealth-fighter-rear-bumper-rusting.66878/

Warranty claims are not handled on a forum, they are handled by reaching out to us direct. We are happy to discuss our warranty process, our email is [email protected] or we can be reached at 480-671-0820 from 7-5 M-F MST. Posting complaints or issues on a forum is not the correct way to report a warranty concern. Again, we are happy to help, but you have to reach out to us in order for us to do so.

Thank you for the response, and I completely agree. Posting something on a forum isn't the way to go about getting a warranty claim handled, and if anything isn't going to make you guys actually want to help too much.

My question was honestly about the coating. I'm just trying to figure out if you guys have figured out why it's been happening, and maybe addressed it in your processes.

I was hoping that I'd get some version of "We've noticed a random spike in warranty claims with the coating so we're doing ____ to fix it going forward."

I genuinely want to purchase one of your bumpers, but I am pretty OCD when it comes to my truck, and I know I'll be seriously unhappy if the bumper was rusting. You guys offer the best looking bolt on bumpers for these trucks, period, but this has stopped me from purchasing until it seems like it may be fixed.

I'm sure you guys would take care of the warranty issue if one arose, but plainly put: I just don't want to deal with that.
