gen2 stage2.JPG stage 2 gen 2.JPG Wanted to get some updates posted here on frf. We designed the Gen 1 and Gen 2 slot delete/support kit a while ago. Now we have stage 2 versions for both trucks. The gen 2 bridges the gab between the front control arm pockets with a heavy duty bolt in crossmember made from 1/4 steel while also locking the lca's in place. The rear lca support bracket is thicker and extends further inboard also bolting to the factory crossmember. This kit like the stage one is all bolt on. We have a replacement engine skid that is optional and our frame cut bumper XL is a direct bolt on to this set up. As with the stage 1 you are required to run adjustable UCA's.

Quick question for Gen 2, at the bottom you state you need to run after market UCA's for this. Im confused are you referencing the bolt on kit, or the skid plate ? From the pics, it only looks like it effects the LCA mounts. Am I missing something ? BTW, the part looks amazing and is on the list of must haves for me. Great job and keep up the innovation.

The alignment is adjusted from the lower control arm mounts from the factory via slots in the crossmember. This deletes that slot and strengthens everything. So you need a new adjustable upper control arm to complete the alignment adjustments.

Got it, thanks for the explanation.

No problem this is by far the best slot delete kit on the market for these trucks. Krazy house has outdone themselves once again

Is the stage 2 for the Gen 2 bolt on, or does it need to be welded ? Just picked up some Kings and Icon UCA's. This may be the answer to the alignment getting creamed every time we beat on em.

All bolt on but u can weld it up if u choose. I run it on my truck bolted only.

Dave - really liking this setup. The bumper I wanna get is the SVC Mohave. Am I going to run in to issues with skid plate mounting?
