There is a small surcharge after the first 12 months or 12000 miles.

Then after the 3 yr 36000 warranty expires you must buy a different type of esp plan which is usually significantly more. Best to purchase one while vehicle is still under factory warranty.

This applies to ford manufacture backed extended warranties.

If you buy a 6 year 100k warranty, will you then be covered for the next 4 years, and for 80k more miles? Or does it extend it so that you're covered until 8 years and 120k miles (6 years and 100k miles past your CURRENT date/mileage)?
