AMS Intercooler and Charge Pipes

Got around today to get my first round of “performance” mods done.

Decided to go with AMS Intercooler and Turbo Charge Pipes.

Parts seem to be designed really well and figment was perfect.

My truck is not tuned and I wanted to do these upgrades first to see if I can feel any difference. So far it seems to have a slightly stronger pull and intake temps seem to be much lower.

Both of those are extremely solid upgrades.

Just a question, but why would you want to do just the charge pipes & not the entire intake such as an AFE cold air intake system that comes with the charge pipes & filter(s)?

link? there are no cold air intakes that come with charge pipes.

also i'm pretty sure OP meant AMS Turbo Inlet Tubes, not charge pipes.

Intakes dont include the inlet tubes down to the turbos.

any plans to add an intake?

Got the Boost tubes myself. Nice product. Been eyeing the ams IC, would be nice if they released the charge pipes and Cold side pipe.

Thought I saw somewhere it was in process. Stuck on what IC to get, I like the AFE and cold side tube. But the AMS is later to the party, so hoping they picked up on and refined from competition.

I’ve been eyeing those AMS boost tubes myself I already have the Whipple kit with CAI, intercooler and tune. Just wondering if i will notice anything?

I got Cobb Intake but it didn't come on time. So it will be swapped out as well.
