Well, I guess I’ll be ordering the filter and some JLT mud flaps as well...

I went with the passenger and drivers side a complete system from UPR.

From all my research the passenger's side will catch 90-95 % of blow-by but why wouldn't you want to catch 100%

I don't want even 5 - 10% of blow-by getting into my intake, on my mass air sensors, in my IC etc. I only wanted clean air and fuel as it should be so that's why I decided on going with a complete system.

Installed myself and haven't had any issues.

If you can live with getting the majority of blow-by and saving a lot of money the go with JLT.

if you want to catch 100% then go with UPR's complete system which is not inexpensive.

So I bit the bullet and ordered a JLT catch can at the same time as my AMS boost tubes and pretty new 19’ engine cover. Should arrive today.

Anyone know why some catch cans have a WOT tube? I see the JLT doesnt. Going to cause any codes?

Thanks

Wot tube? The only thing I can think of is for a cold air intake, a tube is inserted in the driver side intake tube to increase vacuum on the crankcase sensor at wide open throttle

We offer both JLT and UPR. They both make great kits and approach it differently. JLT has a great basic kit. It does the job very well. UPR takes it to the next step with the dual source of vacuum and with the optional clean side for the ultimate protection against blow by going back into your engine.

They both are very popular. I like how UPR has added an optional drain hose and valve kit. Makes it very user friendly top empty!
