Thank you for the response! Did you try to go lower than 25? I’m on 37s with method beadlocks so I can go low.

Yes sir. I tried to go lower than 25. Initially I wanted 22 psi as my set point but the specified value kept coming in with two dashes “- -“. 25 psi was the lowest I could see in the specified value block. dbc79cf509914f26dd5678d72731ba96.jpg

The setting is for what the placard states - ie what on-road cold psi you run. Should be in the ballpark of 30-36psi. The low indicator comes on at a PSI below that. For a setting of 38 that seemed to be around 28-30 psi in my truck, so perhaps 10 lower than setting?

You bring up a good point. A quick generic google search indicates that the tpms comes on at 75% of indicated placard psi. So in my case, placard/specified set at 25 psi multiplied by 0.75 would theoretically give me a light around 18-19 psi.

A theory worth looking into to test. Either way I’m happy airing down to the high 20’s when I Offroad and getting no light.

Yeah, I hadn't aired down since making the change, probably will in a few weeks at the next Texplex run. For my setpoints of 32/30, I should be getting the light in the 23-24 range, so we'll see if I do.

Yeah report back what you find. I’m curious to see. I always just assumed the placard/specified was the point at which the indicator light would come on if it fell below.

If I get some time I might be able to check myself later this week.

Anyone's remote start not working after modifying tire pressures?

I've no codes and cleared them anyway, plus checked the hood. It started after the last forscan change, which was only the tire thing.
