Been looking around and it seems like there are lots of FMIC options from different companies which makes it harder to decide on which one to get.

From what I can tell these are the brands that available now:

Whipple
Cobb
AMS
MPT
Wagner

Any recommendations on which one seem to be a direct fit to stock mounting points without any modifications to the car?

Any pros/cons getting one vs other?

Thanks!

I'm not a fan of the stock location for intercoolers, I don't think they get as much air down there as they could.

The data really doesn't lie in this case, and while science dictates that larger intercoolers will cool more it's been proven that a stock replacement unit can really have a significant effect on cooling.

Our data (in the link below and which has been replicated in the forum review from a customer of ours) shows 40+ degree difference in cooling capacity from a stock replacement intercooler alone.

You can spend well over 2x the price of our unit for a larger intercooler (that requires relocation), but our (data-backed) argument is that you likely won't get 2x the cooling - just the cost.
