GEN 2 2018 Caster alignment issue. Diagnosis help needed.

I have a 2018 Raptor and took it in to get an alignment due to slight pull to the right side.
Camber was within specs. Toe was adjusted. Left Front caster is 4.2 (was 3.9 on last alignment), Right Fro t caster is 2.9 (was 3.6 on last alignment). Cross Caster is 1.9 (was 0.3 on last alignment). SAI is 14/14 and Included Angle is 13.5/13.3.

I took it to a dealer to have them try and diagnose it. I am not having much luck on that front. They just recommended getting an aftermarket caster kit.

Thoughts? Recommendations?
Truck is currently in Grants Pass, OR.

The spec for OE Camber = -0.9 -0.7deg (+/-0.1 deg)
I would read that as they need to be with-in (+/-0.1 deg) side to side and with-in the range of -0.9 -0.7deg

Yours is -0.5 and -0.7 from your Included Angle measurement, SAI + Camber = Included Angle.

I don't understand your reluctance of a aftermarket Camber/Caster kit.
All the kit does is install a more positive stop / adjustment on the LCA inter Bolts.

There are different grades of Kits, one of our vendors has a weld-in kit.
When I need an alignment, I would go that direction, If I don't plan on a UCA.

Sounds like a Castor pull....I see the left/right numbers, on the rt it's 2.9 degs..is that what the shop measured when it came in, or is that all they could get on that side?
I usually try to match left/right as close as possible, even it means in your case change the left front to 2.9 to match the right....it may not hit the factory recommended settings, but will overall drive better...

That is the measured angle. There is not a factory adjustment.

I am only reluctant because I did not want to adjust out a damaged part. I would rather find and replace the damaged part. I don’t know a whole lot about alignments and suspension workings, that why I thought I would ask on here. The dealership has not been much help. I am not opposed to getting aftermarket UCAs or caster kit. I didn’t want to do that and have a bent spindle. In that case, we would just be adjusting out a damaged part. If it’s not that big of a deal and a caster kit or UCA is a good viable solution, I will consider it.

I always fear the worst, like a bent shock, shock tower mount, or something else. I do appreciate your Input and opinion [emoji3] Thank You.

Did something happen to make you think you might have a damaged part?...Have you took it off road and maybe the alignment was knocked out....
Not un-heard of the alignment being knocked out during moderate to aggressive off roading...

When they measured the SAI, they would have been able to determine if the spindle was bent.
I agree with you completely that "adjusting out" a bent part is wrong.

Lower control are mounts are slotted for adjustment purposes- they can move if you run it offroad and throw out caster/camber. Aftermarket cam kits are available that use these slotted holes and a factory dowel hole. The adjustment can be done with or without cams to get it back in specs if thats what the issue is. It is very common for these bolts to move especially with cams so we lock the lowers in place and run adjustable uppers
