hah! ditching Clarkson was the best thing that happened to the show
I mean, he was right about the prius, but his schtick got kind of boring

I disagree.... Clarkson was the glue that held that trio together. Refreshing to have a "journalist" actually report the truth and not write stories or present shows based on an advertisers agenda.

Admittedly, i am a fan of dry British humor though.

They didn't ditch Clarkson...they all left Top Gear and now do The Grand Tour, which is better on most, if not all, fronts.
