Mine went to the recycling bin/dealer trash... I grabbed it out of the truck before it went to dealer prep during a walk around the day the truck arrived... not required in PA either.

bumpers comes from the factory with 2 tiny holes so your dealer did not drill any holes.

Well at least they didn't drill 2 holes in your front bumper to mount the bracket. I asked my dealer to NOT install the bracket on my Raptor and when I got there to pick up my truck, there it was bolted on with 3/8" self tapping bolts!

Well the "tiny" holes were not so tiny after they screwed in 2 - 3/8" self tapping bolts. Front plate not required here in Nevada or Tennessee where I picked up the truck but the dealer still felt the need to install the bracket. I was able to cap the holes with 2 body clip caps. Looks much better than 2 rough screw holes. Got them at O'Reiley's for around $1.50:20190902_193318.jpg

My dealer did the same. Told them not to installed the license bracket and they did. GRRRRR!

I wonder why they used self tapping screws when the license plate comes with a rivet?
