What AWG wire did you use? How long did you make the wire runs? Where did you ground to? Rig up some temporary wire and connect the light/s directly to the battery to see if they are brighter.

I used the supplied harness and have all lights grounded to the same spot on the left of the battery just below the fender. Lights are the first gen dually’s purchased in 2013. When I had them on my gen1 I used the harness that allowed both spot and floods, 4 lights. The light output was so much brighter back then that it’s no comparison to what these are putting out on my gen2

It should blow but you never know with these things. Highly unlikely that 2 fuses are not functioning as they are meant to.

Make sure you are getting 12+ volts and hook them up direct to the battery. If they are still dim then that's what you're stuck with.

This model doesn't have low and high settings/connections right?

I'll bring a multimeter etc to DD6 and we can screw around with it.

They can’t be dimmed. I’ll mess around with it some more. I’ll pack my fluke for the trip.

Got my rigid dually,s on switch 2. Seems to work great

Not necessarily no. I had a few issues where my KC Pods would only light up 3 or 4 out of 5. It will send power to some and not others.

One light draws 1.1amps per details on box. I’m well below 10amp max with two lights drawing 2.2amps. I shortened the ground wires and used a smaller connector to increase contact surface. See how things are tonight.

So it was correct those are some low draw lights. Just looked up my KC Highlites and they’re a bit over 1 each. No problem on switch 4. Light that shit up tonight.

1.1 per light is very low draw so I wouldn't expect them to be very bright. Baja Squadron pros are like 3 Amps each so a pair of them is triple the draw of your Rigids and they still aren't super bright.
