I’ve installed my rigid dually’s that I had gotten back from the 4th or 5th warranty. They were WAY brighter when I had them on my gen1!!!!! I have them wired to switches 3 and 4. Do these switches not have enough power to provide full brightness??CE8A0925-CCB6-4D06-A6EC-188D82CA630B.jpeg

Aux 1 30amp
Aux 2 30amp
Aux 3 15amp
Aux 4 10amp

That’s Gen 1 not sure about Jenny. Prob the same though 3 and 4 are lower amperage. Should say in the manual.

They are lower, would the amperage effect light output?

If they draw more amps then the switch provides yes. Look up the amps the Rigid Duallys use and that would help. I did a quick search and saw 1 amp which would be way below but not sure if that’s right seems low.

Build is looking good by the way.

If you have a single dually wired to each switch there is no way you are not getting adequate juice from the upfitters. 3&4 are 10 Amps each. Depending on which light you have they are probably 3 Amps each.

What AWG wire did you use? How long did you make the wire runs? Where did you ground to? Rig up some temporary wire and connect the light/s directly to the battery to see if they are brighter.
