‘17 AG w 25k flawless zero issue miles—and it ain’t babied.

You will love the truck no matter what you decide to use it for. This thing is far cheaper relative to my other vehicles yet is far and away my fav.

The Raptor is an AMAZING truck. I would have kept my 19 but 3 broken transmissions before 3000 miles. I did not trust it. Didn't want to own a truck i could not trust. That said, i would have bought another Raptor but needed to tow more so went to a Roush F250 powerstroke instead. I had a 2017 Raptor that was FLAWLESS. My 19 they just could not fix. I was afraid to drive it far because the same issue kept happening even with replaced parts. I would have no problem buying another new Raptor. Just once something major goes wrong, its hard to enjoy it knowing it may happen again.

Buy it. You will LOVE the truck. If engine blows or transmission blows, warranty fix it and trade it in. Just don't tune it or mod it or your on your own. Pedal commander is all that's needed to make the truck a blast to drive.

They spent $5k on the rebuild and took me out of service for a month when it could have been a week for not much more money.

Was that Ford Corp, or just your dealer wanting the pay day by doing the more labor intensive job? It is entirely possible, the dealer never called Ford and say a 40 hour job vs a 10 hour job and just want the billable hours.

Dude, just buy the damn thing. If something happens, fix it and be happy or trade it after repairs. These hold their value well. I have a 2018 that I absolutely love. 7200 miles so far with no issues. Drove SUVs before and I will never go back.

As for the Service Dept vs dealership, understand the Service Dept is most likely independent of the dealership. They are under the same roof on the same property but operate separately. How Service operates is not a true depiction of Sales and vice versa. Just food for thought.

Buy it and you will find your new addiction........guaranteed.

Check out Klaben Ford (Kent, Ohio) and ask for Chris Volk! Brother, they are marking them down big time. Even if you have it transported (~$500 or so), that will save you lots. Chris has customers up and down the East Coast, including me. No one should be paying MSRP or above for new 2019's.

you should know there are thousands of owners who never post here. Ive been in an 18 SCREW a year now, had one hiccup, not a big deal, Get the dam truck. Don't believe the internet, Lincoln warned us about that.

2017 Raptor owner over here and have absolutely loved it. In fact, it's been in the shop less than any other vehicle I've owned during the same timeframe (Porsche, BMW). And.... It's just so fricken' fun to drive. From now on, I will always own a Raptor.
