$5500-6300 seems to be the going discount in our area that can be had with little to no negotiation needed. In the search for mine, I found a range of 2,000 over MSRP to $6300 under for a Raptor with a 64-75k sticker. But some of those places also add a "doc fee" or similar of 299-799. I ended up getting mine for invoice with a slightly above market on my trade. I definitely shopped around extensively but I only seriously negotiated at one dealership. So I am sure someone more determined could get a better deal. Especially if you are flexible on options. I was only willing to consider two colors(Ruby Red or Velocity Blue) and I had to have the EXACT options I wanted (802a, tech, carbon, beadlock, heated seats, tailgate step, and sunroof. So even though I shopped around, there were only 3 trucks I could find anywhere in my region that met my needs. So I was very happy with the price I paid and getting exactly what I wanted.

For those of you on the west coast, there is definitely a ton of money you can save by buying elsewhere and shipping the car home!

Nah, they are still at $10k over today when there are below invoice deals everywhere, lol.

I ended up $7k off msrp on my '19 last week.

Seems I was browsing the other day and it seemed more than one person got 1k off invoice. I could have been wrong though as I can't seem to find the thread that I saw before.
