Well because the dealership i bought it from isn’t helping. I’ve got an $80,000 truck that has major problems. Wouldn’t you ask for help??? Ford needs to get involved with a safety issue let alone the other problems I’m having with this truck. I’ve owned F150s for 20 years. Hope you never have MAJOR problems with your truck.
Maybe tell Corporate how bad Sheehy sucks and go to Richmond Ford, Talley or Crossroads. I bought a 08 F350 and GEN 1 from Crossroads and their service department was Ok. Ended up going out to MotorMile in Christiansburg for my GEN 2. Moved to Denver and went through 3 dealerships before I found a service department that listened to my issues and took the bull by the horns. Remember, the squeaky leaf spring gets the grease.

Thanks. I appreciate the advice. My next stop is Talley when I get it back for the camera/tailgate problems from Sheehy. I’m done with Sheehy for Any future Ford purchases.

If you have the time, come up to Northern VA. I have a good dealership that will take care of you.

They wanted 10k over sticker in early 18 and would not negotiate, salesman said take it or leave it, left it, would not let those guys change the oil on my company car. Done a lot of business over the years with Crossroads when I lived in Raleigh and South Boston. Never dealt with Talley but heard good things. Good luck and stay on them. With lots of work got a 75k ESP from corporate on my 08 SuperDuty. Buy 100k ESP on all Fords since.

It's all how you interact with corporate, courteous and firm will go a long way.

I had Ford call me the other day asking how my experience was with a dealer I was honest,"surprise Ford is a ****ing joke, that's be polite "
And for that matter Peoria Ford is a ****ing joke too lol

Id advise you to call Ford Corporate direct before you go to atty. Ford should be appalled by those dealerships inability to make the customer satisfied especially a customer that brought the most expensive truck Ford makes. I had a similar problem but with a Chyrsler. 4 dealerships did nothing finally the 5th compression tested the bad cylinder and ended up comping me a head. The car had 13 days remaining on the bumper to bumper thank god. 3k dollar repair. Keep us updated

Lots of strange electrical issues. Could this be a flood vehicle? How many miles did it have on it when you bought your new 2018? Many new car dealer lots have been flooded in the past year. Dealers are suppossed to disclose about flooded new cars when selling them but who knows??? Especially the greedy ones! Maybe thats why they are ignoring your problems because they know its a flood vehicle?

There are over a hundred thousand flooded vehicles still out on the market nationwide. Both new and used. Lots of money to be made! Even if insurance writes them off as totaled, they still can show up at Auctions then make they way back to regular dealerships after full cleanup. Weird electrical problems are a telltale sign. Check inside seat tracks, under carpet, and under dashboard for sludge and sand traces, places the cleaners would miss. This applies to all brands, all vehicles.

Buyer Beware...
