Lucky! I think I'll buy another and return the current one

What’s the return policy? I just figured they wouldn’t take a return on it since I’ve had it a few months.

Just out of curiosity, If I order the px6... how do I know, I received a px6 and not the px3? Is there something on the tablet that shows the difference... other than what's under the hood... HA! thanks!

I'm not sure buy just buy a new one and replace it with old one and ship it back.. for refund

I had an ongoing trouble ticket opened with them for a few months, they would often go days or weeks before responding to my replies so finally I just told them I wanted an exchange. I then heard about the PX6 unit and asked if I could just pay the difference and exchange the PX3 for the PX6 and they agreed.

I remember the PX3 shipping was a mess.

Is the shipping Better with the PX6 unit?
How long did it take to be delivered after an order is placed?

I ordered on the 2nd and got a shipping confirmation within 2 or 3 days. Only problem is it shipped from China so I’m patiently waiting. Tracking says it’s in Bismarck, ND today (90 miles away), so I’d expect it tomorrow or Thursday barring any USPS shenanigans. All in all, a couple weeks. Much better than the PX3.

I think im going to pull the trigger on this , I have a 2019 ,with the b and o , I just read on there website that I might need to bypass the amp for the radio to work ,is this true ,anyone install the 12.1 android 8.1 with the b and o sound system
