1- your comments above couldn’t be further from the truth!

2- nothing wrong with trying to learn of two products differ, but we will not entertain pitting one product over another. We lay out the facts and let the customer decide.

3- confused why you declined to discuss in more detail via phone/pm??? Is your motive to publicly slander us, our, product and our company?

Please do not mistake our desire to protect our vendors IP for rudeness or lack or transparency. Customer service/education is of paramount priority to us, we jump at any chance to have a detailed in depth one on one conversation... so please, give us a call, were looking forward to hearing from you!

I suppose that was you in the YouTube video.

There you go again questioning my motive?

You guys are a joke. No one I've ever dealt with in all the years of doing research on various products have questioned my motive and asking if I'm try to slander you.

Are you fking insane?

No way I'd ever do business with folks like you.

Why did you delete my post on YouTube?

I never declined to discuss anything with you.

I was finished with you as soon as you attacked me the first time.

Why don't you post the entire script so others can see how you are over-reacting to a few questions I was asking?

Congratulations, you're great at pushing away potential customers that were genuinely interested in your tune.

There was never any hidden agenda, think before you respond.

Good luck

You can't make everyone happy. We offered, 6 times now, to assist the so called potential customer, and he continued on bashing us on public forums. Hope y'all have a great day. If anyone has questions about the product, please fire away. Matt and I both answered all questions on here and via PM. We offered to call, DM and email information to the "gentleman" above...

Which post got deleted? The one guy bashing our product and company? it is still there.

With all due respect I was never bashing your product or company.

I was simply asking questions and it was on YouTube. Same Video as posted earlier in post.

It is there and here where my motives were questioned just like here which is why I am assuming it's the same person responding and I didn't appreciate the manner in which I was addressed.

It was very unprofessional.

And to state six times I was asked to contact them is false 100%.

Why on earth would I contact someone who isn't willing to answer simple questions about a tune in a public atmosphere where your product is being posted.

Look, I am just trying to learn about the various tunes and which one might be best for my truck. THAT'S IT!

Anyways, I won't post anymore but you do owe me an apology for the way you treated a POTENTIAL customer whether you believe it or not I've written the truth.

I wish you and your company all the best but please consider how you handle someone that you've never met and is just asking about you tune .

anyone got screen shots of the deleted post?

I would like to see the deleted posts, as well. I am seriously considering this tune for my truck because I have the rest of the mods he mentions with an MPT tune that makes less power according to my dyno runs.

However, I think the OP should answer simple questions in an open forum whether he likes the tone of the person or not. Customer service is a HUGE part of doing business and should be at the top of his list of priorities.

I have done business with many tuners over the years and none of them are afraid to post replies, good or bad, on open forums. There is no need to ask someone to use DM or a private phone call unless you are selling snake oil.

Come clean with the deleted posts and you might get another sale from me.

I mean the tune isn’t from them, they’ll just sell you the device & “ORA” branded version of a gearhead tune - my guess is they’re selling all the hard parts together as a package deal & there’s some
Savings to be had there.

Not sure why you’d expect a general off road parts/mods sales guy to be a compete expert on turbo engine tuning? He worked w/ gearhead to come up w/ what they feel is a very good “big power” package @ an affordable price that still keeps reliability & longevity as a priority.

That’s pretty much how I took it...

The dyno #s don’t really mean that much to me the before/after delta, the linearity of the power curve, the repeatability, the low & mid range tq etc matter much more to me.

Different dyno brands, different weather/altitude, fuel, how they’re inflating or deflating readings while trying to make A/F adjustments (like jacking up the forced Fede fan air or likewise starving it & heatsoaking) etc can produce wildly different results for the same car.

My vette dynos in the 420-432 range on the mustang dyno my builder uses in house, which he has routinely calibrated & is known to be a “conservative” dyno, yet I randomly went to dyno days @ 2 other places running dynojet on 2 separate occasions but in warmer weather & lowest was 444 highest 451 so go figure

FWIW I am planning on getting a gearhead tune, don’t think I’ll be getting a bunch of supporting mods or package but speaking to gearhead directly felt they were very knowledgeable & wanted to keep things conservative & “idiot proof” more for a long term DD that you want to get a little more outta
