OK, I have a new 2019 and I have no power from the center pin on the trailer plug. I use this to power the electric jack on my UT trailer. I know it's under warranty, but I hate going to the dealer. I have already check the fuse and it is good to go.

Sure you got the right fuse? I don't know about the Gen 2, but in the Gen 1 you had to INSTALL the fuse that came with the truck (stashed under the rear seats).

Yes I am mistaken, I was checking the 1 O'clock pin and I checked the fuse per the location in the manual and it was there.....

make sure if you have a key fob that its in the truck and the doors are all shut. apparently if you have the fob outside of the truck or the doors open it kills the 12v.

Are there any good 12V sources back there that don't require a FOB/door closed/workaround? I don't want to derail the thread but any help would be appreciated - trying to power a light

Thanks for the help this was spot on, whoever designed this has apparently never towed a trailer with an electric jack
