Interesting.. you put a whole new view on my 'whining' about this not working.
Guess I've never used the menu option for this, so my mistake in assuming Ford would make a menu option, an option. and not a prompt, like the prompt at exit.

So, I can officially say this post is :mfr_closed1:..well at least for my problem anyway:naughty:

I decided to finally take off the overhead console and investigate why these stupid sensors didn't work, which when you have, are annoying at times, but when you don't have it...
Well, I went in expecting something-- loose wire, damaged sensor, anything. (BTW, there's 3. The driver's side has a dummy.) I checked for loose connections..all were still in their locked position and felt fine. I disconnected it and looked at it and nothing.
So I just put it all back and tested. what do you all think happened.

Guy who took off my headliner ------> :lazer:

no tool except for the guy who did the work. FYI people, the clips for the sun visors are a left and a right. Had this issue when I first picked it up when this was done. Visors wouldn't clip in with out a little force. I addressed this right away, but had no idea something else was not working.

I honestly don't know what the issue was, I unplugged all connections, inspected, re-installed. And all the sudden it works now. Don't know a loose connection wouldn't affect other things, maybe it did, but now these fancy little triggers work and I didn't have to waste a day at the dealer with out my raptor
