GEN 2 2019 Gauge Cluster is possessed ... dealer here I come

Go info BUT the f150/raptor is not listed. And unlike the cars below, the raptor is built in detroit. Perhaps they will expand the recall to include the Raptor?

What dealership are you working with? Bought my truck at ted britt in chantilly but taking it to Jerrys for service ... for no reason other than proximity.

Bringing this tread back alive. Just had my gauge cluster go dark then come back on. It also sent a alert to my phone for a Restraints indicator Lamp Warning. Now I have a very small line running through my temp fuel boost and oil gauges up top. Truck was still running fine, when the gauge cluster went dark and rebooted twice.
Did anyone ever get a fix for it?
2019 834 miles on it.

The whole gauge cluster?

The gauge cluster is 1 piece so you have to replace the entire cluster. Had my replaced and it is working great now.

I purchased out of state but had Ted Britt in chantilly replaced my gauge cluster.

yes i had to take it to Ted Britt .. Jerrys ****** me around. insisted on refreshing and driving twice before putting the claim in with Ford. Ted Britt just did it. so easy to work with.
