Yes, my mistake about where the error codes are stored.

I had the TSB performed on my 2017. Really improved the shifting but about 7 months later it developed a hard shift from park to drive as well as a hard downshift from 4th to 3rd.

I took the truck in last week and had the main control assembly replaced. It’s a whole new truck now.

The SCT is a little beast...

ok well i had the same issues. the very harsh shifting from P to D or when i was going to D from R. took it to ford thinking it was the TSB but they said the vin didn't bring the TSB up. so the trans. guy "cleared the KAM (keep alive management) and he also cleared the trans. tables. I know disconnecting the battery will let the truck "relearn" somethings but as far as this, im not sure. Anyway, ive only put about 120 miles on it since then and i dont have anymore harsh shifting. i will report back to this when i put on a few miles.
