Simple question. Want to know what are your top 5 modifications to do on the Raptor, with each individual modification costing less than $500.

Here browsing and soaking up information as a new owner. Trying to come up with a long term plan for the truck. Very capable so I don’t plan to dig too deep (said that before), but you don’t know what you don’t know.

One of the biggest improvements to the GT350R was a $15 hydraulic clutch spring that drastically improved pedal feel. Things are the things a young Jedi wants to know. Car has 50 miles on it and at Imperial Works in Sacramento for some paint protection film.

Thanks in advance, and feel free to flame

welcome to the new addiction. :) I remember you from mustang5g and your shelby(s).

Feel free to take a look at my build thread and shoot me a DM if you would like any guidance. I went even farther with my raptor and now I don't quite fit in around here any more. :)

Agree with ZombieKiller. It is an addiction. Set the budget high because once you start seeing options you are going to want them all.

<merciful snippage>...

Thanks in advance, and feel free to flame

1) Replacement door speakers / tweets. Optionally components up front if you intend on amping it.
2) dynamat or otherwise insulate the doors and wrap your sub box.
3) used pedal commander; don’t buy new, they’re overpriced for what they do, but, they do make the “default” normal drive mode tolerable. can be re-sold if you get a tune.
4) Bed bolt D ring tie downs (see @Talbor’s thread)
5) decent forward facing lights + cheap amazon rear facing lights. if you tear up the rears, you won’t sweat it as much replacing $30 lights as much as you would $250 lights...

Of course, none of our mods reflect what you may want to do with your truck.

Oh, also: Who in their right mind buys a RED truck? :p

Back off now smurf you know Ruby Red Raptors are the BOMB! IMO first mod should always be a catch can. Keep the beast breathing clean air with no second hand dirty oil! After that to each his own. Enjoy the ride 50 deep!

I'm really surprised nobody listed the builtright center console mount and beside rack system, perfect for mounting all kinds of crap. Jmsboostmax 309, intakes are all the same imo and run 250 on up. Icon perch collars are only 300ish to level the truck.
