I see very few SCab Raptors vs. SCrews

Anybody with experience putting a rear facing car seat in a SCAB? if its in the center, will both seats be able to be pushed all the way back? Its me and the wife, and then a baby in the next few days. Nobody else really rides in the car, and even then would only be for a few hours. I want SCAB so bad vs. a SCREW. Car seat is the deal breaker

Rear facing? I don't know but I can fit a front sitting in the middle and recline the seats all the way.

Car seat will fit fine. You might have to sacrifice a bit of legroom, but it is still more comfortable and roomy than most cars are.

Ok, well that will be 2years down the road I think. The rear facing are gigantic, but if in the middle then don't hit either seat. It would be more convenient to have it on the side but we will see. There are no ford dealerships around me. Will any recent extended cab have same leg room that I can test out?

I don't think it will be exact. From what I've read the SCAB Raptor is unique among F150s, maybe that is just wheel-base and not rear seat room.

That said my last child rode in a rear facing seat in the back of a 1997 Cobra (Mustang), so a SCAB will be absolutely spacious by comparison. I'd also suggest looking closely at the rear door, it opens nearly 180 degrees, ease of ingress/egress is about the same as the SCREW, even with the loss of knee-room.

I have a rear facing baby seat on the passenger side rear seat of my scab. Leg room is a little tight for an adult passenger but it works.

Gotta mention one thing I regret about the Scab that I didn't know until after purchase.

The gas tank is too small.
