I have a quick question if someone with more knowledge can help me out. I have 35’s, stock shocks, deaver +2, rpg drop shackles, and an svc bumpstop Kit. When sitting at ride height my bumps are 5-6 inches away from the strike plates. I also hit my bumpstops sometimes just driving on the street. I also noticed where the bumps strike is close to the corner of the plate. I know drop shackles take some uptravel away but is this sound like what’s going on or is this normal? Not sure if I should be riding my bumps that much. If my bumps are too close to the plates should I ditch the shackles or just wait and for when I get bigger shocks. I like the low and leveled look with drop shackles on 35s but want performance over anything. I’ll attach pics.

Remove the drop shackles and do a mid perch mod on the front shocks!!!

Truck will be level and ride better. You are too low in the back, the rear shocks are not in the proper position for max performance.

Sorry I forgot to mention I’m on mid perch in the front with geiser springs. My truck sits level still with the rear almost a little higher. If I put stock length shackles in I feel like it will be raked in the front too much. what can I put in place for the drop shackles

I'm mid-perch stock springs and +2 Deavers, My truck is level to the eye.
I guess the Geiser springs are a little lower than stock.

I have a SuperCab with about an extra 250 lbs. of Supercharger stuff in the front.
And a 100 lbs. of bedcover
If I remember correctly I'm at around 41 1/2" at all corners.
Meaning from the bottom of the fender flare to level ground, give or take a 1/4 to 1/2"

Geisers were designed to run on bottom perch. On mid perch with Geisers you will equivalent between mid and upper with stock on the front.

SVC bumps are adjustable. Just move them up!

Sounds good. Thanks for the help. I’m just going to put in stock length shackles. I’m guessing I’m sitting pretty nose high just not noticing it. I’ll measure soon. Also moving the svc bumps to a higher level doesn’t fix the issue of my rear suspension not lining up correctly. It would most likely cause them to not hit the strike plates at all since it is already hitting the very corner of the plate. I thought geisers were designed to be progressive and add lift. It doesn’t matter what perch you choose that depends on the height wanted. For anyone thinking of doing drop shackles it will screw your shit up.

Stock height rear should be ~4.5 inches away from bumps
(Looks like you are closer to 3)
Either with +2 deavers or +3 with drop shackles
