Also check your battery. I just had an issue blowing ignitiers because my battery was underpowered.

Check the wiring of the harness to the ballast. Check for a good ground.
Sounds like it's not getting solid power and messing up the ballast.
Which ballast are you running?

Thought I had it fixed. But

I do not.

Grounds are excellent.

The morimoto ballasts lister above. And I actually bought 2 new updated morimoto ballasts.
Same light keeps going out.
Remove headlight, plug into the opposite side and it works, put head light back in place, then it works again.
I think it’s in the morimoto harness, BUT I can not find it on their site.

The “F-150” harness says for green ford ballasts only

The harness should be an H13 motocontrol. You can swap boxes so long as the wiring is known to be fine.

Swap the igniters. If the problem switches sides, order new igniters. My passenger side just failed. That was the fix. I had a flickering problem for a while (bad ground) which I’m guessing caused the igniter to fail.
