someone else on here had this kind of problem. I’m not sure if the Phoenix audio unit would contribute to this.

I’m having the same problem...taking my truck back to dealership on Monday. Was told the entire dashboard may have to be changed out. I’ll post more when I get details. My dash goes in and out and sometimes only halfway comes back. Super frustrating when driving down the highway and your entire onboard system shuts down.

Dealership ordering new cluster dash. I have 2900 miles on my 2019 802A truck...complete BS. I hope they don’t tear anything else up replacing my dash. Said it takes 3-4 business days to get the part and 2-4hrs for install.

Still An issue for you? Mine started at 1600 miles, thought it was a the bad media hub, swapped and was good for a month. Then all started again. I too though it was an accessory issue since mine started after installing my dash cam. Yesterday it did it again and I drove straight to the dealer since they hadn't seen it happen yet on another vehicle. They had me pull straight into the bay and plugged it, my IC is toast and new one was order yesterday and arrived this morning. Getting replaced on Tuesday.

I had the same issue (2019) with 850 miles on it but it was covered under warranty. the whole instrument Cluster was replaced. The part was on back order for a month. It the same part for some of the Mustangs and Expeditions, so you are fighting with them also.

Part number: KL3Z10849DBC (Instrument Cluster)

it kicked a code of: RO 759537 IPC internally failed
