Another stain removal question... appliqué

Not sure what this is. Won’t come off with soap or water. Any suggestions?

Maybe try purple cleaner.

Looks like a soap was left to dry and killed some of the color

That’s what I was thinking. Soap dried. I’ll look up purple cleaner

Weird thing is it’s only on the appliqué not on the paint

The paint is sealed the plastic is not. Could be the difference?

Try a degreaser. I would test it in a small area first.

Edit: try the degreaser diluted 50%

I had the same thing and magic eraser and water removed it
