GEN 2 Thoughts on new 18’ pricing

Where in the world are you getting this info??? I suppose Hennessy might be doing something, but that sure isn't from FOMOCO. At least not to the public.

Not bashing, just curious where all these rumors come from.

I purchased a new ‘18 last February. $6600 off sticker. They did have a ‘19 on the lot for sticker. There is still a dealer in town that is charging $8k OVER sticker as a “market adjustment”. For me there was not a $6k difference between ‘18 and ‘19.

I’ll add that if a SC V8 does come out in ‘20 I can imagine there WILL be a market adjustment-and they’ll get it.

Demand will definitely be high for it. Many have sat out of the Raptor market because they didn't want what is available. Those people will buy in. I just hope my truck has some value at that point.

A truck is a terrible investment. I love mine regardless of its value on the market. I still have a lot of love for my ‘08 335 too.

I;m by no means an expert,but like any vehicle,the 2019 is gonna be priced higher,and less incentive to discount...and reason the 2018's are being discounted a lot...end of model year....I'd say if G200 Flyer doesnt have tons of $$ to spend,2019 would be way to go.....And,have heard nothing about a 2020 SC version...unless your sending out to Shelby....but again,I'm no expert,just a HAPPY 2014 Gen 1 owner...!

While I have seen this, do you really believe it will be in 2020? Look how long the GT500 took. And even after the release at the auto shows it is still a ways out. Just seems very optimistic to say the least.

Story did start out with the word 'RUMOR"... when I see it in the showroom,then I'll believe it....

Me either and I own one (Performance Blue). I wouldn't say that it is a bad color, but it definitely does not stand out of the crowd in a parking lot.
