I didn't do the whole flush and all that, but I did do the Saudi Cooler swap and I added about 3/4ths of a quart to the system before it stopped accepting more, this is after losing maybe 1/8th or so of quart from the old cooler.

About 3/4 quart. And the larger cooler is standard on larger F series trucks, so it's not just a 'Saudi' cooler.
