I have had this happen to me once. There are several Raptors around me. I will start doing it myself and see what I get for a response.

Most of my driving is expressway or divided highway, so hard to engage in Raptor formalities. But I do wave when the opportunity presents itself.

Though I would recommend not waving at another Raptor when you forgot you took your wife's Explorer instead of the truck because she was parked behind you. Not that I've ever done that or anything......

Does anyone or everyone else wave at other Raptor drivers? Every time I pass beside or pass an oncoming fellow Raptor I give the [emoji106]or wave from the steering wheel ala my Jeep days (not even sure if Jeep people do this anymore since they are so common now) I have always gotten a wave back thus far.

I wave or nod every time and get a response about 50% of the time. I wish we had a jeep or motorcycle wave lol. I like the flashing beams idea but usually when I see that it means hey there is a cop speed trap ahead.

I've been wondering this same thing. I pass 4-5 during my day and always wave. I have yet to get a wave back. Maybe the Raptor drivers in my area are all a-holes.... except for me of course. ;-)

If I'm driving, I wave or flash my pillar lights...or if a Raptor is behind me, I'll flash my extra backups.

If my husband is behind my wheel (those 12-hour drives or winery hops can be brutal), and he doesn't, I punch him in the arm. He usually just isn't paying attention to the vehicles on the opposite side, but still.

when i drove a corvette back in the 90's....the "corvette wave" was a thing and it pissed me off.

I get a few waves here and there from Raptors, for the most part...i just ignore and go about my business

Of course! It's silly, but we are a fraternity of sorts of individuals who have a shared interest in a fun vehicle. Down here, you'll get the two-finger Texas wave from the steering wheel.
