Generally 3.0 maintenance follows the same for OEM shocks. Rebuild at 50k if mostly driving on the streets (though I believe if you never go off-road you can probably go 75k). 10k-40k for those who go off-road depending on how much abuse your Raptor may see.

I have 40k on my front 3.0's and they are starting to feel tired while off-road. I had a seal failure with my rear Fox 3.0 shocks when they were 20k mark and we when opened them the fluid looked good/fresh. We still put fresh fluid since they were open in and either way all four will be rebuilt in the next month or so.
