Not in my new raptor but a month before I traded, my 2016 with 42k miles had the rack go out. Non-serviceable part. $1,800 with a discount because my friend is the GM of my local dealer. Would have been $2,200ish without the discount.

It had 33's with a 3" front 1" rear lift put on at 40k so about 2500 miles before it failed. I don't think they had anything to do with it. These seem to have been an issue for Ford with some recalls on some '14's and earlier.
