When I decided it was time to get a Raptor I initially thought I’d find a great deal on a new ‘18. Before I pulled the trigger I decided I might as well try the Recaros out on the ‘19s.

I’m taller than average, and I found the Recaros much more comfortable, so I ended up ordering a new one just for the seats. 2 days in and I’m very happy with my choice. These are more comfortable for me than the seats we’re in my Platinum, or the seats in my S class (my daily driver before I upgraded to my Platinum)!

I have the Recaro seats in my 2020 - no comparison honestly with the standard seats, but I do find the bolstering and the back design / firmness is a little too snug for lengthy road-tripping. Overall I do like them though, and adds some extra 'class' to the interior with the few accents and in the rear seats too. Also don't burn my ass when I hop into the seats on a sunny day which is nice :) if the seats worked in a bit to soften up, I'd say they would be "perfect" but I'd be lying if I didn't say I wish at least the back and bolstering were a touch softer and maybe wider. I'm 186lbs and 6'0"
