So I purchased this OBDlink MX + and it's a two-part question . What are the must-have services this provides to monitor, track and log for my 2018 Raptor. Currently it's stock but this little Gadget offers a ton of features in both Excel and general Google Map logging . The Raptor has a ton of sensors and I just want to know which can be valuable and entertaining and which ones to avoid because they'll come up as nothing. You can use your Android or Apple device to show extra screens and the different sensors on the truck uses. The second part of the question is I see it is also capable with forscan , does that mean if I download the forscan program and want to make the applicable changes, could I use this device to apply them,
Thanks in advance

I mainly use it for info overlay on my laps recorded with Harry's Lap Timer, as shown here:

You can use their app to do all the normal stuff, and I think it supports data logging but I use HLT for that purpose so I don't know much about that. I believe it works with forscan, but I used a different one back when I made changes so I don't know 100% on that one.
