I didn’t order my truck, but it came with the factory spray-in liner. After having it a few months now, I can say I wouldn’t recommend ordering the factory spray-in as LineX is thicker and grips better. The factory spray-in is “good enough” and I won’t upgrade until it fails. As I got $2500 under MSRP on my ‘19, all is good.

I have the Ford OEM rubber bed mat and it works fantastic and is easy to remove if necessary. I generally wait and if the bed starts showing wear after a couple of years Linex (or equivalent) is the way to go. Can't stand that HUGE FORD oval they put in the front bed wall with the oem spray in liner....

Another thing that works very well and is super versatile is the OEM foldable bed extender. Folds out of the way when not in use and you can use one or both sides and flip it forward to have a nice cargo area in rear of bed so things wont roll around. I use one side all the time for propane tank refill...just leave in forward tucked position and open it and a tank fits perfectly inside (same deal with nursery runs), etc. Of note, the new bed extender kit come with two sizes of the rubber "feet", longer ones if you don't have a bed mat and shorter ones that work with the OEM rubber mat. Great set up and (IMO) well worth the $$'s I use mine all the time, you can bungee lumbar, etc. to it as well! Very clever design on Ford's part!

Had a BedRug in my 2012, was great until the new owner spilled gas on it and it got all wavy. So long as you don't carry fuel or are confident you wont spill it was great. Was surprising how well it cleaned out with a quick powerwash. That said my new truck has Line-X and I want to get the rubber mat for the bottom.

Only issue I have with the OEM liner is it doesn't cover the bottom portion of the tailgate and that's easy to scratch as a result.

I found this out the other day. Loaded the bed with some metal to take to the dump and ran it across this area. Big Ole scratch
