Lots say if you stay under that 550 RWHP your be ok. There is the discussion of the ford OEM oil pump gears being the weak spot if your consistently chattering the wheels or bouncing of the Rev limiter. Seems to be 2 options the Melling replacment oil pump or the Livernois oem pump with a set of billet gears I myself went with the Melling pump ordered from Summit.

With a stock 6.2 and a 2.3 roush stage 2 590hp. How reliable will that be for longevity? I want to pull the trigger on a supercharged raptor but I'm afraid of how reliable it will be considering it's out of warranty.

Have a good tune (not the stock Roush tune) run good pump fuel and stay on top of oil changes and the combo is very reliable. I run my truck pretty hard and have zero issues.
Im just over 100,000 miles and going strong.

It's all about how you maintenance the engine and the initial tune but also these engines seem to have valvetrain issues stock, so that would concern me at any amount of boost.
