Sadly you can not. I had someone hit mine with a shopping cart. They are plastic. I got touch up paint from FORD but looked like crap. Ford sells the entire flare with side lamp for 289$ so I just replaced the entire flare.

From what Ive researched the color is J7 Magnetic Metallic with a satin clear coat. A while ago I saw a video of someone repainting their fender after a ding with J7 + Satin clear coat and said it matched almost exact. I cant find that video though.
