Man some of you it’s time to move!! Tuesday was my first time hitting over $90 on a fill up and that was 33 gallons. 93 is $2.75 here.

My Amex always has a hold of $100 for each transaction. I don’t use my debit car anymore like stated above. Not worth the risk at pumps. I let my bank worry about it and get 3X the points in the process.

I've had that happen a hand-full of times also. Pump shuts of at $95. I'll go to over to the next pump, and get in $3-5 and she's full. Got lucky a couple of weeks ago, had a pump run until full...$118. I agree w/Ricoman, we're getting r@ped up here in WA almost as much as Cali. Lucky I only use mine for recreational driving, use the Tacoma as my DD when I need it. Saves a few$$ and some wear 'n tear on the Raptor. 'Course the Taco is supercharged so need to run premium in that as well. Though our 'premium' is usually only 91-92 octane.

Tell the $100 limit gas stations you’ll go elsewhere because of the inconvenience.

Search for a station with a higher limit, they’re out there.

Havnt had to fill mine up yet.
Yet still running on the dealership full tank but looks like I’ll regret when I do lol. Probably keep driving my Camry for commuting:)

Yeah because the 7 pending transaction in one week for fuel in 4 different states is wrong. That’s what I see on my account till the correct amount posts.

Cause the gas station is putting a pre-charge defined $100 each time you swipe, not AMEX. Call them next time you have nothing better to do and you will find out that AMEX has nothing to do with it.

LOL...Molested,***** AND Sodomized...just paid $3.89....and as usual you can tell when Summer is almost here...gas goes up .50-.75 a gallon....!!
I DO miss my Tacoma for the Gas Mileage...but had to sell to buy the Raptor....SO...I've just learned to walk around with a stack of $100's...instead of the stack of $20's like when filling the Tacoma...As the old saying goes...ya wanna play ya gotta pay...So,yeah...gas bill is double now,but the ride in this beast is worth every penny....And taking early retirement,I'm not driving half as much as I use to,so its all good...!

When it shuts off on me, I just recard the same pump and finish filling it.
Same card, same pump.
