Don't use your rear defroster now! Might have a shattered window if you do.

I've had 5% tint before and couldn't even see out of my window at night, had to drive around with the windows down. Making left hand corners in the darkness was always difficult. And if it was also raining then you were REALLY blind. While it looks awesome, it definitely has its downsides

If it becomes a problem, i'll def. change it. I got it all done for 200 bucks through a friend so at least it won't hurt to much out of pocket if I need to change it. However, so far so good - just took a night drive to test it out and I could see fine out of it.

Looks great. I drove a 17 Super Duty that hat 5% all around for about a month, at night in the rain I'd roll the windows down when pulling out of my driveway (onto a 55mph curved road) because it limited visibility too much. It also made the auto-dimming driver's side mirror difficult to use at night, if I did that to my personal truck I would've disconnected the auto dimming feature, I think there is no way to undo that just on the side mirror without depinning a connector.

I had 20% done on the front windows of mine and I think it's perfect for Michigan (we don't get to see the sun here!!). Down south would definitely want darker than 20% though.
