Phoenix Android Audio retains Sync 3

The tundra version got a new update with a “sound focus” feature...maybe a fix for the sound switching issues guys have been having? Not sure if it’s for our units yet...

My unit 'was' working great for a couple of months. Now seem to have an issue with music sound quality playing from USB. Any ideas?

Had mine for a couple weeks now. Having the same audio issues everyone else seems to be having. Haven't found a work around yet. On mine, it's Sync3 radio or bust. The only way I've been able to get any other audio to play is Sync3 Bluetooth if I select it before the radio, but as soon as I go back to the radio I'm stuck.

I tried the canbus flash but when I hit simple upgrade I see a gray bar and nothing else happens so I don't know what I'm doing wrong there...

Also I switched my vehicle image and it shows on the top screen, but the white raptor remains on the bottom. Any thoughts? I'd also love to get rid of the cityscape pictures on the home screen if able..

I see you can change the "USB type" in developer options but I cannot get my amp to connect with any setting so I can use the Android DSP app. Currently the USB will read my HD fine and let me play music thats all.

I downloaded one of those skins, or loader, whatever they are called a few weeks ago. I notice when I don't open the loader and just try to go from Sync to Youtube or whatever from the Phoenix app button, the sound won't switch all the time. If I go to Phoenix apps and open the loader and then tap Youtube, which I put in the loader page, from there, it works every time.

If anyone with the factory large screen wants to sell their radio bezel, message me. I messed mine up when I was re-installing the factory radio.

I might give this a try. I'm using a launcher for my other Android unit in my other car.

So running on the principal that everything comes with a cost. What's the downside to using the Phoenix as opposed to the stock unit as far as functionality. I'm looking for an upgraded OEM experience not something that I will have to sacrifice cell phone quality or bluetooth. I can't speak from experience, but I am curious about what's not quite right.
