I have the top end line-x in my diesel, the Ford spray in in my rap. I like both; the line-x is thicker and probably both tougher and offers more give before the metal has to bend around a sharp object like a heavy, pointed rock... which is what the diesel is for... but the Ford spray in is fine for raptoring (things like MTBs and camping gear) and cost less. As far as things sliding around, I just tie stuff to the various tie points.

I have had several different bed liners over the years. Linex is the toughest and that is what I have in my Raptor now. Having said that, someone did point out the factory spray in liner can be removed and they are correct (paint underneath would be okay as well.) Depending on how you look at it this can be a good or bad thing. Yes they have to scuff up the paint when they install the Linex but once it is down it takes a chisel hammer to take it up. The factory spray in bed liner can almost be peeled up, there are youtube videos on it. To the OP, if do not like the Ford spray in liner it would be easy enough to take out and replace with a Linex one. From talking to Linex in the past they would not put Linex over the Ford bed liner.

I also got the Dee Zee mat and nothing moves on it. Had one in my Tacoma with the super slippery plastic bed and it worked great.

Same here, Dee Zee on top of spray in, no slide, much easier on knees, available on Amazon.

Only issue I have with the OEM liner is it doesn't cover the bottom portion of the tailgate and that's easy to scratch as a result.

I've seen a youtube video of someone having the factory liner removed for linex to be installed. Doubt you can do it over it.

I have the factory spray on which came on the truck, wasn’t necessarily a chosen option. Though knowing myself I would have chosen it. That being all said I recently installed a bed rug and I could be happier. Sit, kneel, lay down and take a nap...it all good in the ruggy hood! It’s even great for resting you **** and drinking a cold carbohydrate replacement beverage after a sweet mtb ride in Sedona.

I have the factory liner and factory rubber bed mat. Works well at keeping things from sliding and protecting things you don’t want scratched by the liner.
