New Member from Riverside! 2007 Scraptor!!

Hey so I just wanted to introduce my self and say what's up to everybody!!! Seems to be a lot of good advice and cool peeps on the forums!!!

I have an 07 Scraptor project I'm working on... I've recently swapped my front suspension for the 2017 Uca, Lca, gen1 coilover and 2016 f150 knuckles, hubs and brakes!! All mounted up fairly easily, just have some issues running the 2016 knuckle setup... it causes the uca to be a knarly angle and sucks the whole setup in, giving it some bad camber... anybody have any idea whether the gen2 knuckles are taller? Otherwise I might need a lift spindle just to get the alignment right....

anyways, new to the whole forum thing... maybe you guys can offer some suggestions or advice? Anything is helpful! Ps planning on swapping in the gen2 3.0's once I can get some retainers for the lower perch, i know the coil and top hat need to be swapped in order to fit... just future goals!!

Hope you like!! She's definitely a work in progress! But a little more elbow grease and she'll get there!

Also got some gen 1 glass from fiberwerx that's going on front and rear! And still looking out for the right deal on an complete rear axle!

I bought the truck for $5k, and have about $3600 in parts including wheels and tires! she is just about to hit 200k miles! And looking into possibly either a small diesel to stuff under the hood, or possibly hellcat engine! I would definitely prefer diesel though since I have 15yrs as a tech working on Detroit diesel! I'm going for something kinda crazy but fun! Without having to drop $80k for a new ride!! Besides, that's what I've got all you awesome folk for!! People are getting rid of parts off there new Raptors like its going out of style! So I'm capitalizing on it and having some fun!

Hence my name for her... project scrap-tor!!

You're a Ford guy right and work at the dealer? Maybe you can lend a hand and tell me the difference between the 07 f150 abs and the 2016 f150 abs. Got the light on after the install, haven't hooked up the scanner yet... but maybe you can lend a little knowledge?

Hahaha no worries! They say that trash talking is a form of envy! Whether he's envious or not is yet to be determined, but hopefully I'll spark some ideas for him for a project of his own!!

So after a little bit of elbow grease and swapping from gen2 to gen1, got my valence and fenders from fiberwerx installed and gen2 shocks vs the gen1 i originally had on there... I'd say shes coming along! But now considering on swapping out the glass for oem or similar because i dont like the look of the excessive overhang of the bigger fenders... any body willing to trade? Hahaha

anyways hope you all like! She's getting there 1 step at a time! Still gotta figure out a sway bar solution for daily driving.. but not bad driving without?! Who needs those anyways! Hahaha

Oh... and not to mention a little weight reduction of removing tint from front windows after i got stopped by chp who was fishing for something to give me a ticket over... first it was lack of passengers in carpool until he stood on tippy toes to see my 2 boys in truck, then lack of transponder until i showed him it sitting on dash, then it was windshield tint until i called him out and said he was fishing! And then he asked to raise my front windows so i did... but yea... a complete ****** if you ask me! And im not a "cop hater" and am always respectful towards them! But this was a complete ****** move on his part! Even my 4 and 6 yr olds were like wtf!!
