Can you really create fully "custom tunes" with this, or are major parts of the OEM tune locked down? The EPA slapped SCT/Bullydog for allowing changes to emissions that they considered to be in violation of the clean air act. I'm guessing you guys are fully aware of that and only allow certain changes to be made?
