Yeah I was running 3.8 before the update. My sync 2 gave me massive problems with syncing Bluetooth and sat radio, but 3.10 fixed that thankfully.

Okay just updated to v3.10
I can confirm that you do NOT lose the Raptor logo splash.

Had to resetup/connect my phone. Other than that, everything looks normal. Looked around and didn’t notice anything new. Was hoping I could text with my iPhone, nope still not.

BTW: it only took 20 minutes to install

Cool, thanks for the update, Rick!

Tried to update today (downloaded couple weeks ago) but failed.. a message showed up ask me to download the update again. Go back to the website, the update is gone.

I just updated to 3.10 from the stock 2014 Raptor Sync version (whatever it launched with, forget what it was). Not much changed.. couple things look a little sharper. First install attempt failed, but I re-unzipped the file again and redrug it onto the flash drive.. then it worked the second time. Very finicky update system, but I still have my Raptor logo.

Anyways heres the list of updates for sync 2, just for reference. 3.10 will probably be the last update

Edit: There if one thing that REALLY improved with this update. I have 5800 songs on a flash drive and now the metadata on all the songs reads correctly, and they almost ALL have album art.

Little update for the people who deal with this stuff, after updating I said the metadata on my music files read correctly on all the songs. Turns out I was wrong and lots of songs still have bad information and some don't even show up on sync at all. I know the metadata is good because I entered it myself with a metadata editor. The reality is that sync 2 is a finicky OS and there are no answers for some of these glitches. It's just poorly developeped software on cheap hardware so it's to be expected
