The factory code can’t be deleted. You can only add other codes View attachment 121871

These instructions to change the code did not work on my 2019 (even though it is in the manual).
I had to change my code using the settings menu on the radio/sync.

And after I did that. the original code no longer works. I'm sure if I do a factory reset it'll come back - but setting new codes manually removed the original code on mine.

P.S. My code was written on a credit-card sized card that is inserted in the vehicle manual. There is a pocket designed for it there.

As mentioned previously, check number two in this video. It’s the trick you need to recover factory code. I’m posting this version as I actually learned several new tricks from this video

Thank you for posting this. Mine didn't come with the card either so I tried the first video which I saw on Youtube a while back but it didn't work. I also found the other video of opening the passenger footwell but that seemed like a pain in the ass and breaking a couple of clips along the way. The dealer wanted me to bring in it in to hook up to their computers.

Your video, which is essentially the same process as the first video adds the additional steps of turning off the truck after the second key swap, and then restarting with the foot on the brake/engine start to make the code pop up. This worked for me!
