Okay, I am having some intermitting issues.
It all started with a low idle (500rpm) at idle which makes it shudder when easing off the brakes (figured it was the canister purge valve) with no luck.
While idling it will randomly die with no CEL's.
During highway speeds it will shudder, like it falls on its face for a split second with no CEL's.
Other times while driving around it will go into limp mode throwing quite a bit of different codes at time like P0600, P060A, P115E, U0300, P1674, P061B, P2112, P064D, P064E, and P2112.
It all goes away when cycling the ignition.
I have replaced the canister purge valve, cleaned the MAF, changed spark plugs, fuse 27 mod, I am lost as what to do next.
I don't want to dump the money into a new PCM right away or give money to the stealership for the lead frame if it doesn't need it.

If any of ya'll have any input or can point me in the right direction, I would HIGHLY appreciate it.

Thanks,

Will

Lots of different places
Intermittent is the worst. I agree I'd rule out everything possible before replacing expensive modules, and you've already done exactly what I would have. That said, how's the wiring harnesses? Specifically at places known to have issues; mostly trans harness above exhaust, but also along the LH frame rail (runs to FPDM so might be problem). Speaking of FPDM, have you looked at that little bastard and it's connector? Another possibility and I'd likely swap it as well. Good luck and let us know what happens.

With it idling and parking brake on , i would get under the hood and start moving wires , cable wiring looms checking for loose connections , even underneath truck and try and isolate area . If truck stumbles or die 's you found the culprit

Check your pcm connections possibly? Water entrainment into the connections causing a short? Wash your engine bay recently? A lot of those codes are PCM related unfortunately.

Anyone figure out the issue?

I am having the same issue. Mine got way worse to where the truck shut off while going down the highway. The picture of a wrench would come up on the dash. Once pulled over it started back up just fine like nothing had ever happened. I just got it back from the dealership they said it was the speed sensor so they replaced it and I had them do the relocation kit for some fuse that other have had done also. 1,100.00 later it’s still stumbling while going down the highway, just like yours above 50-60 mph ... Oh and the other thing is that while sitting at idle for a while it will stumble and sometimes shut off also. It always started right back up like nothing had happened. Did you figure out what your issue was? My next item to replace are my spark plugs. My Raptor is a 2014 SCREW 6.2 with now 106,000 miles. I have had since new. Mine is stock also other than intake and cat back Corsa exhaust.

No Sir, no codes. I just got it back from the dealer and it was throwing a code for the speed sensor. So they replaced that. When the speed sensor showed up it was throwing a code and stalling out while driving at 60+. While rolling I shifted to neutral but it wanted me to shift to park. Once I got the side of the road and stopped it fired back up with no problems... So after the dealer replaced the speed sensor it’s still doing the stumble thing but hasn’t shut off while on the highway. Weird
